We are currently looking for a Regional Learning Specialist who will be responsible for the roll-out of Global and Regional essential learning solutions, designing and delivering the agreed local essential learning portfolio.

As a Regional Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end training coordination process for all trainings in CWAR. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Human resources business partners (HRBPs), conducting training needs analysis, developing training plans, executing training sessions, and providing insightful reporting on training effectiveness.
You will ensure compliance with training SOPs and serve as the go-to expert for our Learning Management System (LMS) (Ilearn) as a Super User.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will
- Design and deliver local essential learning and or support with the review of suitable off-the-shelf learning products in line with and based on the local business and people strategies
- Engage with Leadership Learning Lead & Functional Learning Lead to undertake learning needs analysis, and prepare Regional Training Catalogue with timelines, participants list and learning budget.
- Support the delivery phase of the local catalogue by ensuring end-to-end coordination of all training from nomination to training delivery. Responsible for training catalogue and communication.
- Coordinate all relevant training processes with support from invitation, Rive-Reine enrollment, monitor training administration and booking process.
- Ensure proper compliance to Training SOP/Communication process (participants and ensures trainers are duly informed about training, location, duration and agenda)
- Serve as the Ilearn Super User & SME, providing support and guidance to users within the region.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, providing insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively and often
- Successful execution of measured objectives
- Influencing and networking with stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes
- Experience working with training providers
- Ability to handle cross-functional/hierarchical relationships.
- Capable of working independently, Flexible and multi-tasking.
- “Digital acumen”: ability to leverage the opportunities generated by digital learning technologies
- Knowledge of Learning Management systems (LMS) such as ILearn, and LXP.
