We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Inspire Her International. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content across our social media platforms to raise awareness about our mission, programs, and events.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop, design, and produce high-quality visual and written content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create compelling graphics, videos, and infographics to enhance the visibility of our campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop appealing graphic content and illustrations that align with our brand identity and messaging.
2. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with Inspire Her’s goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.

3. Community Engagement:
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and supportive online environment that encourages interaction and engagement.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, programs, and initiatives, such as the ‘My First Period Challenge.’
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members, including the Volunteers Coordinator, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers as needed to produce high-quality content.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and tools for tracking performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic photography skills and an eye for capturing visually appealing images.
- Passion for Inspire Her’s mission and a commitment to promoting menstrual equity and women’s empowerment.

- Experience working with digital marketing media and social media management
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
- Familiarity with topics related to menstrual health, women’s empowerment, and community development.
