Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact between managers and internal/external clients via
- phone calls and other methods of communication
- Managing and organizing diaries, and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Taking meeting minutes
- Making transport, business accommodation, and travel arrangements
- Travelling to different parts of Ghana to check up on projects in progress and provide
- briefings and updates
- Organizing events and conferences
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs
- Maintaining databases and filing systems
- Collating and filing business expenses and travel expenses
- Conducting research

Required Skills or Experience
- Must have a phone capable of video conferencing/WhatsApp
- Must have a laptop or daily access to a computer
- Completed Senior Secondary School
- Must be highly familiar with software suites, such as Microsoft Office
- Some prior experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and
- procedures
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Highly familiar with social media platforms
- Customer service/People skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to follow established processes
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours when required to do so
- Ability to be productive with little or no supervision
Experience
- Prior experience (Minimum 1 year) in a personal assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role or the equivalent educational qualifications.
Additional Info
- Owning a vehicle is a big plus. You will be reimbursed for fuel use, in addition to a monthly vehicle allowance for maintenance if you use your own vehicle for any work-related projects.
