Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
JOB PURPOSE
Assist in promoting a compliance culture through awareness activities and provide support in the identification and measurement of compliance risk.
To ensure adequate measures are put in place to prevent, detect and forestall All income leakages, and it avenues.
MANAGEMENT
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business area and use this knowledge to assess risks and control.
- Display professional skepticism and discuss contentious observations with management.
- Prioritize effectively to deliver on time adapt quickly to change and support business initiatives.
- Provide independent assurance to your supervisor.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 1st degree in any accredited discipline.
- ACCA/ICA/CIMA candidate/member will be an advantage.
- 2 to 3 years experience in the role of a financial institution
