Roles & Responsibilities
- Production planning, execution & to ensure targets.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Process assessment to reduce defect rate & rework.
- To ensure requirements of spare parts needed.
- Inventory control.
- Analysis of consumables consumption.
- To ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervising & evaluating the performance of production personnel.
- Preparing production reports.
- Workmanship training for production personnel.
- Implementation of the continuous improvement process.
- Preparation of BOMs.
- To control & monitor preventive maintenance.
- To maintain 5s.
- Implementation & control measure of ISO standards.
Required Skills or Experience
- Knowledge of different types of industrial welding techniques.
- Familiar with ISO 9K, 14K & 45001.
- User of MS EXCEL & MS WORD.
- To generate SOPs
