As a Salesperson, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, engaging with clients, demonstrating phone features, and handling transactions. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our store's success. If you have a passion for technology and a talent for sales, we want you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide detailed information about various phone models and their features.
  • Demonstrate product functionality to prospective buyers.
  • Stay updated on the latest phone models and promotional offers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash.
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked and maintain inventory.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Process mobile money transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Educate customers on mobile money services and their benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with mobile money transaction protocols and security measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobile money transactions and balances.
  • Address any issues related to mobile money transactions promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of phone technology and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
