Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handling monthly tax compliance for all taxes ( Payroll, WHT and Vat, etc.)
- Handling all payments- Vendors and Employees and maintaining records.
- Handling Petty Cash payments and maintaining Petty Cash payment records
- Handling Statuary Audit, tax audit and other audit related to Finance.
- Maintaining all financial records.
- Revenue Invoicing, Receivable position updating and Follow-up for Receivables. Etc.
- Manages bank reconciliation
- Prepares salary disbursement data
- Prepares finance-related MIS
- Reconciliates accounts and ledgers
- Prepares for finance-related audits
- Ensures timely payment to employees, vendors and others
Performance Parameters
- Statutory compliance adherence
- Accuracy of books and accounts
- Payment processing as per TAT

Required Skills or Experience
- At least 2-5 years of experience with a minimum 1 year of relevant exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have problem problem-solving attitude
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Tally
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate
