Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Great personality with the ability to think 1-2 steps ahead to overcome objections.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working laptop or computer.
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell other products to the client.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in all interactions.
