Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana) is a non-governmental, non-partisan civil society think tank that has been working since 1998 to advance democracy, good governance, and inclusive development in Ghana and the rest of Africa through research and analysis, policy and civic engagement, and strategic interventions and partnerships. The Center harnesses the power of evidence-informed analysis and ideas to stimulate public dialogue and inform and influence public policy in furtherance of its mission and vision.

Job Description

  • Location: Various Locations Across Ghana
  • Duration: Temporary (Project-based)

CDD-Ghana is a leading think tank dedicated to promoting and deepening democratic consolidation, good governance, and inclusive growth and development in Ghana and Africa.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Field Enumerators to collect data for our upcoming research projects. Enumerators will conduct face-to-face interviews, administer surveys, and ensure accurate and reliable data collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents using structured questionnaires.
  • Accurately record responses using electronic data collection tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Report daily progress to field supervisors.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and project protocols.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Prior experience in data collection or fieldwork is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Proficiency in local languages and dialects is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Availability to travel and work flexible hours
