Qualification Required & Experience
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
