Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the university's administration, including preparing reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Coordinate scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for senior administrators and faculty members.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support with budgeting, financial transactions, and procurement processes.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills or Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary or administrative assistant in an educational institution or similar setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
