Job Description
Transnational Academic Group, in partnership with Lancaster University UK, delivers British undergraduate, postgraduate and foundation programmes at its campus in Ghana. As we move onto the next exciting phase of our mission to develop tomorrow's African leaders, we seek an experienced, energetic and dynamic professional to support and provide career advisory services, employability skills training and facilitate internship placement for students.

The Role
- Prepare Students for corporate and business environment through skills set training, interview coaching, CV writing;
- Assist students with career counselling;
- Organise career events/workshops for students;
- Secure internships for students;
- Liaise with corporate organisations for opportunities on behalf of the university;
- Liaise with BD & Careers Executive to coordinate and facilitate EMBA Masterclasses;
- Liaise with Student Affairs in initiating new ideas, setting up student clubs & societies etc.;
- Correspond with Lancaster University – UK on students internship projects;
- Provide career counselling on the university programmes, course schedules, undergraduate and post graduate programmes;
- Assist with planning and organising student orientations, open days, meetings and workshops and student graduations;
- Assist the Admissions team with school visits, school fairs, and graduation functions
Required Skills or Experience
- A good first degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Public Relations or in a related discipline
- Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent influencing skills and the ability to communicate with credibility, tact and diplomacy internally and externally;
- At least 4 years of working experience in a similar role or relevant position
