Karcher Ghana (JHC Ghana) is a leading provider of high-quality cleaning solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team and ensure the maintenance and servicing of our advanced cleaning devices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain high-pressure washers, scrubber driers, and sweepers.
- Fill out detailed maintenance and technical reports.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and the brand to resolve issues.
- Manage the service centre operations, including device reception, issue reporting, problem-solving, and customer communication.
- Lead and manage the technicians’ team.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the servicing team.
- Demonstrate a passion for the job and a commitment to expanding knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing and maintenance of cleaning devices.
- Strong technical skills and ability to fill out maintenance and technical reports accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and the brand.
- Proven ability to manage a service centre and a team of technicians.
- Passionate about the job with a continuous desire to learn and grow.
- Good customer service knowledge and skills.
