The job responsibilities and duties of Office and Administrative Supervisors is to oversee the work of administrative workers. To meet this responsibility, Office and Administrative Supervisors may perform the following administrative services:
- Oversee daily duties of Admin staff to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints
- Handle company vehicle tracking and booking.
- Fuel dispensation.
- Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments
- Interpret and explain work procedures and departmental policies to staff
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
- Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
- Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation.
REQUIREMENT
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Experience with Vehicle Management
- Experience with Fuel Dispensation and calculation.
- 3 years of Admin experience and team management skills
- Must be Versatile and willing to take up urgent roles.
