Sedat Consult Limited's client, a five-star hotel and a member of a global hotel brand operating in Accra, Ghana is seeking an experienced and internationally exposed Sales and Marketing Director to lead their sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns
- Optimize pricing strategies with the revenue management team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Qualification Required & Experience
- Master's degree in marketing, business administration or related field plus relevant professional certification (e.g, CIM, PMP)
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality or service industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven international experience managing diverse markets
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and sales strategies
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Passion for hospital and service excellence
