Sedat Consult Limited's client, a five-star hotel and a member of a global hotel brand operating in Accra, Ghana is seeking an experienced and internationally exposed Head of Human Resources to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement
- Drive training and development
- Manage performance and succession planning
- Manage compensation, benefits and compliance with labour laws
Qualification Required & Experience
- A Master's Degree in HR plus an international HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, etc)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in HR in an international hotel, with at least 5 years in leadership
- Proven international exposure and cultural adaptability
