This is a full-time hybrid role as a Technical Sales Executive at HRCH LTD. The role requires the individual to work primarily in our Accra office, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Technical Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve generating new leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing sales deals, and providing technical expertise and support to clients.

You will also contribute to market research and analysis, develop and maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets for the HRCH Shop as determined by management.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with HRCH’s customers and ensuring that their needs are adequately catered for at all times.
  • You will be Responsible for growth of sales of HRCH’s products & services for all market segments of the business, relative to the zone/area you will be assigned.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, identifying trends and advising management of which products & service, customers are most likely to patronise.
  • Understand customer requirements for foodservice equipment.
  • Understand customer requirements for frozen food products.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails, and update customer database.
  • Handle sales and marketing for HRCH’s products & services for all market segments of the business, relative to the zone/area you will be assigned.
  • Coordinating with operation & technical teams for the delivery and provisions of products and services after sales has been made.
  • Follow up with payments and tracking of after sale support.
  • Analyse market demand and market trends for modern foodservice equipment’s
  • Understand major kitchen appliances and pricing and develop sales and marketing strategies.
  • Preparation of sales tender and quotations
  • Responsible for performing all other duties, as will be assigned by management, from time to time

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of hospitality kitchen, laundry, and operations equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in technical sales or the hospitality industry is a plus
