Fan Milk PLC is looking for an agile and strategic team member to join the team as an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will be the lead subject matter of expert within the company regarding engineering issues, especially in the manufacturing plant. You will also use your industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Operations – Ghana & Francos.
The position is a permanent position based in Accra GHANA
About You
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering Maintenance management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment. Examples are Boiler, Refrigeration, Compressed air Systems, Food Packaging and Processes technologies etc.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, Environmental regulatory requirements and OHS standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
