Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to oversee all marketing operations of the Group and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team and directly report to the senior management. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Plan and execute corporate promotion campaigns, launch of new product lines, etc.
  • Ensure that all sales-related activities support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business development goals.
  • Proactively position the company as a business leader in the community.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of company policies and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee the hiring and training of sales representatives and other related personnel.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, promotional materials, email campaigns).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales, product development, and customer service alignment.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Assign job duties to personnel and ensure effective performance of assigned tasks.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Suitable candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, finance, in other similar field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
  • Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through effective marketing initiatives.
