Job Description
Objectives For This Role
- Support the Chief Servant primarily and provide additional support to senior management members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and to ensure seamless running of operations.
- Work in tandem with the Business Process Specialist Department to maintain and refine internal processes that support our enterprises globally, and efficient coordination of all internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with Senior Management on various projects and tasks.
- Proactively plan and orchestrate workflow to ensure that senior managers’ priorities are met, and organizational goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for Chief Servant, including client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate strict calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior managers.
- Provide administrative and office support (where necessary).
- Maintain the highest professionalism and strict confidentiality with all company information.
- Work hand-in-hand with the HR department to organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
Required Skills or Experience
- Three or more years of experience in an administrative and management role reporting directly to upper management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
