Our client is the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The company now seeks a hands-on Marketing Officer to be based in its Accra Offices, overseeing the day-to-day operations in Accra.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide insights on new competitor products and advise on marketing and communication strategies to adopt.
- Provide assistance in surveys on product performances, industry updates and news.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports on product performance and market competition.
- Facilitate the production of promotional materials (T-shirts, flyers, promo tables and telescopic flyers).
- Compose and send seasonal messages to customers. (SMS Blast).
- Facilitate branding activities (vehicles, retails, wholesales etc)
- Ensure the company is well branded and visible at sponsored events by mounting promotional tables, sharing product flyers, and product activations during sponsorship events.
- Monitor company Out of Home (Billboards, Directional Signs, Telescopic flags etc).
- Ensure company brand visibility at exhibitions, sponsorship events, staff events & activities.
- Update product content regularly.
- Support the development of stories, articles etc for publication on the website.
- Ensure the general functioning of the website.
- Develop content for company digital media platforms
- Monitor traffic to company digital media platforms
- Monitor media reportage on the company and competitors.
- Monitor ECL advertisements on media platforms.

Qualification Required & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar role.
- Training in digital marketing techniques is a plus.
