- Possess leadership skills and strategic thinking.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Management skills: Able to lead and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of team goals.
- Team Leader: Ability to build and motivate teams.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Performance Evaluation: Ability to analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
