In addition, we are the exclusive distributor of Mutlu Spaghetti across Ghana.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager at Procus Ghana Ltd. The Brand Manager will be responsible for day-to-day brand management tasks, including developing and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, creating marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing brand performance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Brand Manager will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and driving brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and developing BTL and ATL marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analyzing data to understand the target audience better (their needs, wants, where to find them, strategies to employ to engage them)
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to deliver brand growth and customer acquisition
- Understanding trend analysis to keep the brand ahead of the competition
- Monitoring brand performance and reporting all gaps with plans to mitigate the same
- Brand Management within FMCG’s
- Developing the brand's long-term strategy in terms of positioning, unique selling points, target audience, etc.
- Implementing and leading the execution of all consumer communications including promotions, advertising, packaging, etc.
- Providing analysis and in-depth understanding of category including competitive product positioning and performance evaluations
- Liaise between the brand team and the advertising agency in terms of creative development
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales promotions and measurement of the impact of brand messages
- Monitor and review marketing activities geared towards sustaining the brand's integrity among its populace

Requirements
- 2 - 5 years experience in a Marketing/ Brand management or similar role in an FMCG
- Bachelor's degree/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Market Planning and Analytical Skills for developing and executing effective market campaigns
- Communication Skills for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders including agencies
- Must have professional experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Trade Marketing and Sales experience to develop impactful trade marketing campaigns and drive sales
- Ability to work independently and in a team
