Bonafide (Quality Frozen Food) is a family-owned and managed company specializing in the sourcing and distribution of frozen meat, poultry and fish products. Our main distribution hub is located in Ghana, West Africa with numerous outlets around the country we supply both wholesale and retail customers.
We source products from around the world with specific customer requirements in mind, we make sure every single product is of the best quality at the best affordable price.
What will you do – responsibilities:
- Gaining new customers and increasing the satisfaction of existing customers. Developing projects to create loyal customers
- Analyzing the market in terms of product, price and technology. Developing new ideas in line with the dynamics and trends in the market,
- Conducting studies to assist the company’s marketing strategies,
- Conducting market research, closely monitoring the market and competitors, creating sales-supporting and sales-enhancing marketing projects by performing competitive analysis,
- Researching the channels to increase both the company’s brand awareness and annual sales amount. Organization of participation and preparation of all marketing tools,
- Monitoring the market process of the industry, conducting researches on competitors in the industry and submitting reports
- Making periodic reports to the management regarding marketing processes

Required Skills or Experience
Who we are looking for:
- Preferably a university degree in Business Management, or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Twi,
- Knowledge of the frozen food industry is a plus
- 3+ years experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development department
- Active driving license
- Analytical, attentive to details, meticulous, prone to teamwork, dynamic
- Confident that she can exceed the sales quotas
- Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ready to work well under time pressure
