PG Advertising Agency, a reputable advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Community Manager
Key Responsibilities and duties
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
- Respond to comments and customer queries promptly
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Coordinate with the marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Liaise with the social media strategist and client service executives to stay updated on new products and feastures
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and/or Communication, social sciences or related field
- Must be a social media fun
- MBA in Communication will be a plus
- 5 years post qualification experience, 3 years of which should be in a senior management position wih a reputable advertising agency
- Good communicator, team player and ability to build and maintain client relationships
