PG Advertising Agency, a reputable advertising company in Ghana is seeking to employ talented persons for the following vacancy: Internal Auditor
Key Responsibilities and duties
- Possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgement.
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
- Obtain analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
- Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions
- Prepare, review and analyze audited financial statements and supporting documents for management decision-making
- Prepare and monitor quarterly, half year and annual cash flow forecasts of the Accounts department

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
- A professional qualification such as a certified internal auditor from the institute of Internal Auditors Ghana and/or CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in auditing or verification of financial transactions is required
- Experience with financial systems/finance modules of enterprise resource planning (ERP) such as SAP or IPSAS/IFRS in
