We are looking for a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with teams to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Ability to work in a team environment and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive, well-meaning and able to work with minimum to low supervision.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
- Computer literate
- Determine the needs of customers and advise them on the best products to suit their requirements.
- Ensure customers understand the products and services offered and the processes.
- Complete customer interviews by appointment and on-demand, and make sales that meet customer needs.
