Donewell Insurance Limited is seeking to recruit a Head of Channels.
Job Summary
To lead the Marketing Team to actively drive the Marketing activities of DIL by generating ideas and impact models that have a direct effect on both the top and bottom lines of the business
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the channels of business and ensure effective distribution of DIL's products
- Sell DIL products through a large number of different channels
- Lead and identify new marketing opportunities to sell DIL's products
- Generate new product lines by coordinating client service and marketing relations with DILs business strategies
- Develop and implement strategies for segmentation and targeting of markets
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure marketing activities agree with the sales plans
- Keep a pulse on channel partner trends and drive marketing excellence across the organisation
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments
- Responsible for driving strategy and growth within the assigned target customer base
- Serve as a highly visible internal evangelist to the marketing, sales and transformation organisation
- Organise and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors
- Track and optimise the performance of new and existing partnerships
- Set the strategic and tactical direction for channel marketing activities that generate revenue in all the regions
- Maintain accurate tracking mechanisms and analyze action plans for management insight
- Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs using quarterly review templates

Qualification Required & Experience
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Project Management
- Exhibit strong leadership, problem-solving and time-management capabilities
- Experience in managing multiple sales channels
- Knowledge of insurance is an advantage
- Fair appreciation of Project Management
