The Executive Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services to company executives, ensuring their comfort and timely arrival at various destinations. This position requires excellent driving skills, a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide transportation services:

  • Safely and punctually transport company executives to and from designated locations, including meetings, conferences, and social events.
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times.

Safety and Security:

  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and the general public.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
  • Implement defensive driving techniques to anticipate and prevent potential hazards.

Professionalism and Confidentiality:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion when interacting with company executives and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost care and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate a polite and respectful demeanour, providing exemplary customer service to executives and guests.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries with executives to ensure efficient time management.
  • Communicate effectively with executives to understand their specific transportation requirements and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the administrative staff to coordinate transportation arrangements and changes as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance and Documentation:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the vehicle, including checking fuel, oil, and other fluid levels, as well as tire pressure.
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions or damage to the appropriate channels and arrange for necessary repairs.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, maintenance activities, and fuel consumption.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as an executive or professional driver.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safe driving practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Familiarity with local routes, landmarks, and traffic patterns.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages may be a plus).
