Education
- A University First Degree (Bachelor) in development studies, business administration, sociology, social work, or other related areas.
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible relevant experience in administration and project management,
- Experience in working on issues related to poverty alleviation, women empowerment, youth skills development, employment, and gender mainstreaming approaches in development initiatives.
- Experience in project management including, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Experience working in rural communities, preferably in Africa.
- Languages
- Excellent knowledge (written and spoken) of English and some local languages in the communities in which ATB operates.
