We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector to play a crucial role in strengthening our online visibility and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing, the ability to create engaging content, and the graphic design skills to create captivating visuals.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the e-commerce industry, covering affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners to drive referral traffic and boost e-commerce sales.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified e-commerce marketing approach.
Digital Marketing
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and social media advertising.
- Utilize e-commerce data analytics to refine digital marketing strategies and improve online customer acquisition and conversion rates.

Content Creation
- Produce compelling and SEO-optimized content for product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other e-commerce content.
- Develop persuasive product copy and engaging content to resonate with the e-commerce target audience.
- Manage multimedia content creation, including images, videos, and infographics, to enrich e-commerce content.
Graphic Design
- Design visually appealing graphics, product images, banners, and advertisements that align with e-commerce branding and marketing objectives.
- Ensure a consistent visual identity and user experience throughout the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create and maintain an appealing product catalog.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, content creation, affiliate marketing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- A portfolio showcasing prior e-commerce marketing and graphic design work.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience with affiliate marketing programs and relationship management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and industry trends.
