Job Description:
- Ordering office supplies.
- Filing paperwork for various departments.
- Making presentations to report on productivity.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Organizing travel arrangements as needed.
- Managing staff meetings and schedules.
- Manage, train, and supervise the work of other staff, including hiring, firing, and training new employees
- Organize the office by setting up filing systems, arranging furniture, and other administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients to answer questions about products or services and to process orders or requests for information
- Ensure that employees are following company policies and procedures and are handling customer service issues promptly
- Assist with human resource functions such as interviewing job candidates, processing payroll, and hiring new staff members if needed
- Train new employees in office policies and procedures, including safety procedures and computer use
- Organize and direct office activities such as mailings, meetings, events, and parties
- Provide administrative support for senior management by managing calendars, updating contact lists, and writing reports
Office Support Supervisor Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
