The Office Clerk/paralegal will perform routine clerical/legal drafting duties to support the team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals and prepares messages.
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to the appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail.
- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Liaison Responsibilities
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a central point of contact for all communication between the Legal Department and Recovery Department and also between the Legal Department and Sales/Field Officer.
- Ensure that information is accurately shared and up to date for all parties involved.
- Coordinate Collaboration: Foster collaboration between Recovery, Legal and Enforcement Departments by organizing team assignments.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their needs, expectations, and concerns.
