The visa Associate is mainly responsible for carrying out the daily administrative and functional tasks that relate to processing visa and advising clients on the visa application process.
Job Description
- Scrutinize and verify documents prepared for visa processing
- Maintain and record all application data in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage all administration and logistics of passport delivery to consulate/applicant/logistics company etc
- Identify incorrect or incomplete information by regular quality checks thereby ensuring accuracy of the visa application
- Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity and compliance with corporate procedures
- Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated TurnAround-Time
- Convey customer’s feedback and suggestions to the supervisor in order to offer services that exceed customer expectations
- Take immediate measures to resolve customer’s complaints in line with the company policies.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
