Position Overview:
As a Motion Graphics Designer at Genie Intel, you will play a key role in creating captivating and visually appealing motion graphics content for various digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life through animation, ensuring our visual content stands out and engages our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, design, and create engaging motion graphics and animations for a wide range of projects, including marketing campaigns, promotional videos, product demonstrations, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine visual concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Utilise industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator) to create high-quality motion graphics.
- Maintain and enhance the company's visual brand identity through consistent design elements in motion graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our motion graphics are cutting-edge and effective.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality work on time.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into your designs to improve the overall quality of our motion graphics content.
- Manage and organize project files and assets to ensure efficiency and ease of collaboration.
?Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling through visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency in branding and design elements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a creative team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling (a plus, but not required).
- Experience with video editing and sound design (a plus, but not required).
