Responsibilities:
- Create leads and attract prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify reliable and secure carriers for freight services.
- Deliver accurate shipping quotes to customers.
- Efficiently book orders with carriers.
- Assist in preparing carriers for smooth load handling.
- Monitor shipment status for timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage collections and drop-offs.
- Maintain meticulous records of relevant activities.
- Provide customers with updates on shipment statuses and assist with inquiries.
- Stay informed about market trends in the transportation industry.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges effectively.
- Outstanding communication abilities to foster strong client and partner relationships.
- Impressive negotiation expertise to secure favourable deals.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
