- Location: Oshiyie, near Kokrobite, Ga South Municipal, Accra
- Employment type: Full time
Job Purpose
Amanex seeks the services of an HR professional who will assist in managing and facilitating all aspects of the HR value chain; recruitment, compensation, training, and succession planning and employee/industrial relations.
Role Responsibilities
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating/inducting new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance and effective communication of performance issues.
- Ensuring industrial harmony and work environment satisfaction.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures and succession planning.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective utilisation of timesheets for payroll inputs and benefits administration.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
