An exciting job offer exists in Voltic (GH) Limited/ Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, Ghana, for a Channel Manager. For over two (2) decades, Voltic (GH) Limited, has been known for manufacturing of the leading premium water brand in Ghana and has now expanded its portfolio to cover Value Added Dairies.
The job holder will be responsible to lead and manage the execution of the Channel Strategy including large and small key accounts - Modern Trade outlets, ensuring required Revenue and Margin growth in these Strategic channels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage adherence to trading terms and contracts. Implement tactical plan by key account customer.
- Manage the implementation of execution elements as per the Look of Success for the modern trade channels.
- Oversee customer relationships and engagements.
- Oversee revenue growth management initiatives.
- Jointly develop modern trade customer plans and ensure tactical execution.
- Manage diverse high calibre team.
- Grow Volume and Value in all outlets.
- Build effective relationship with Key Account customers.

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualification:
- A Marketing degree or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 Years relevant experience in Modern Trade or Key Accounts.
- Proven track record in Sales – including working Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.
- Strong commercial capability
- Leadership
Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Well-developed Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflict.
- Analytical thinker.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- High initiative / self – starter.
- Ability to operate without direct supervision.
