- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Learning and Growth: Proactively seek to learn new technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies. Engage in training sessions and educational activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work in a team-oriented environment, actively communicating and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Javascript, HTML, CSS) and software development concepts.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Prior coding projects, personal projects, or contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
