The position will give the applicant the opportunity to learn and develop in an environment that encourages growth and creative thinking. The customer care department partners all other departments to deliver high service levels, it will be an opportunity for the applicant to learn how to work with other teams
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is support the Epiroc business as a whole by communicating with customers professionally, ensuring customer queries and complaints are resolved on time and adding customer value by ensuring the customer gets the best experience in Epiroc.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Receiving and responding to customer enquiries
- Receiving and resolving customer complaints within the agreed time limits
- Preparing quotations, receiving and forwarding customer Purchase Orders to Supply Chain team for onward processing
- Providing frequent and timely updates to customers on their pending orders
- Creating and maintaining parts in BPCS
- Supporting Customer Care Manager to deliver excellent customer service
