Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is support the Epiroc business as a whole by communicating with customers professionally, ensuring customer queries and complaints are resolved on time and adding customer value by ensuring the customer gets the best experience in Epiroc.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Receiving and responding to customer enquiries
- Receiving and resolving customer complaints within the agreed time limits
- Preparing quotations, receiving and forwarding customer Purchase Orders to Supply Chain team for onward processing
- Providing frequent and timely updates to customers on their pending orders
- Creating and maintaining parts in BPCS
- Supporting Customer Care Manager to deliver excellent customer service

Competences, skills and experience required:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or any other relevant course
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Care or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Computer literate with the ability to work with MS word, Excel and Power Point
- Must have knowledge and experience in working in an ERP system
- Must have a very good command over the English language
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Must possess good personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Personality
- Must be a problem solver, proactive and a creative thinker
- Must demonstrate the ability to create and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Must be customer oriented, be able to understand the customer’s needs and be committed to providing them in accordance with set policies and procedures
