What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligned with overall business objectives and regional mission
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prospects, and partners, to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking corrective action as needed
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance and market trends to the National Sales Director Americas
- Effectively manage a remote sales team, utilizing communication and collaboration tools to maintain regular contact and provide guidance across the Division
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer demands
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, adapting sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region to drive business growth
- Would closely and collaboratively with colleagues working on a National reach such as Kitchen and Hospitality Channel leadership
