RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with all aspects of office organization, and administration and perform duties which include but not limited to;
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and other communication dialogue via other mediums.
- Enter orders properly and correctly into a system.
- Organize daily deliveries and communicate clearly with the delivery team.
- Be organized, punctual and time conscious towards work.
- Ability to provide quick solutions to customers' issues.
PAYMENT VERIFICATION
- Checking on daily sales payments via Momo.
- Closing of daily cash sales with the accountant.
- Ensuring delivery riders bring back the correct amount given by customers.

SALES
- Push sales of all available daily items to our customers when they visit the shop or through their messages on WhatsApp
- Be comfortable with the menu and the products to propose to customers.
COMMUNICATION
- Ensure proper communication to the internal team (Pastry team, bakery team and operations team)
- Communicate properly to the appropriate team on customer feedback and internal matters to superiors.
KEY ABILITIES
- To speak French and English.
- To manage stress.
- To be comfortable with public speaking.
- To multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- To work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
- To learn new technology systems, methods, and processes.
