JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recruit shops to stock all products of the company
- Create and deliver sales and marketing strategies
- Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of product publicity materials
- Devise direct sales and marketing campaigns
- Suggest and organize sales or marketing events
- Promoting products of the company through activations or BTL marketing
- Undertake market research and establish the best ways to reach target groups
- Conduct surveys on sales of company products to enhance market performance
- Line manages shops with products of the company
- Recommend best strategies to boost sales of all products
- Boost sales of shops for all products
- Represent company at events such as fairs, exhibitions etc.
- Analyze the impact on sales or marketing campaigns or events and prepare reports.
- Report to Manager on all sales activities on a daily and weekly basis
- Presentation on sales for the demarcated areas and recommendations
- Develop and communicate through the company’s customer relationship management system
- Any other duties assigned by Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the FMCG, Insurance or Telecoms industry
- Should stay around Nungua, Sakumono, Lashibi or Spintex environs
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Ready to work on Weekends when required.
