We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and contribute to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand software requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or internal teams.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, or Spring Boot).
- Experience with testing frameworks and practices (unit testing, integration testing, etc.).
- Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
