Job Responsibilities
- Familiar with the background basic operation of the platform, According to the needs, we can complete various background operations while communicating with customers;
- Actively learn the corresponding operation knowledge, and provide customers with satisfactory answers from a professional perspective;
- Responsible for the reception of 400 calls and answering inquiries;
- Organize the feedback work on technical data;
- Responsible for the coordination of customer service and abnormal handling of complaint escalation;
Required Skills or Experience
- Familiar with computer
- Strong communication skills
