We are currently seeking a Passionate, results-oriented Professional to fill the position of a Chief Steward. We have an exciting team ready to demonstrate their skills and support you to get the work done to achieve hotel and organisational objectives. Just be genuine, human, warm and take steps to do the ordinary in an extraordinary way.
What you will be doing:
- Leading and Managing the Stewarding team in all aspects of the stewarding operations of the hotel.
- Maintaining and monitoring the cleanliness and safety of all kitchen operations.
- Ensure all maintenance needs of the stewarding are reported and followed up for desired results.
- Coordinate with kitchen team and service team to ensure the necessary arrangements for food service and equipment are done to standard.

Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in same or similar position within a 4 or 5 star hotel operations.
- Must posses a strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must posses good knowledge of food safety and cleaning procedures.
- Must have good knowledge and experience in cost control.
