Job Overview and Purpose
Reporting to the CEO, the role of the Business Development Manager will be to primarily develop and execute growth strategies and plans for MC towards the overall achievement of corporate financial goals.
Detailed Job Description
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include, but not limited to:
Business Development
- Develop growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of CHP and MC’s service offerings and value propositions.
- Writing business proposals.
- Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Attend Client/Business Reviews or Engagement Overviews as needed.
- Coordinate Pitches and Proposals for Clients with Strategy and Planning Manager.
- Prepare new business forecast reports and track current/ongoing pipeline progress.
- Maintain and update mandatory account documentation.
- Participate in Strategy sessions.

Qualifications
- Good First Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- A Post-Graduate Degree is a Plus
- Other Relevant Certification in Client Servicing
