- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
- Prior working experience in a construction company is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years’ progressive working experience in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
- Prior working experience in a construction company is a plus.
