Job Function and Responsibility
Logistics:
- Daily communication between HQ in Tokyo/South Africa and the customer in Ghana
- Support HQ to the conclusion of contract, shipments schedule, payment
Partners:
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with suppliers and service providers
Research:
- Investigate new possible business opportunities under the guidelines of HQ
- Scour publications and news for information and keep an eye on competitors' business

Visitor support:
- Assist visitors coming from HQ to allocate transports to arrange meetings.
- Attend on meetings, or business dinner
Travels:
- Go to business trips to Japan or South Africa if necessary
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree / Essential
- Fluent usage of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Essential
- Fluency in English speaking and writing / Essential
- National Service experience required
- Experience to study Japanese language or to live in Japan / Desirable
- Knowledge of International trade, Logistics, accounting / Desirable
- Knowledge of chemicals, metals, machinery / Desirable
- Be self-driven and puntual
About age, persons less than 35 have an advantage
Overseas business experience desirable.
Location: The Grand Oyeeman, Airport Commercial Center, South Liberation Link, Accra

Working Day/Hour: Monday - Friday / 8:00 - 17:00
